At LÉVAN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We carefully check every product before dispatch, but if you receive an item with a genuine issue, we’re here to help.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order if the product:

  • Is damaged or defective

  • Is the wrong product

  • Is the wrong size or color due to our mistake

  • Is different from what you ordered

  • Has a manufacturing or quality issue

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order Number

  • Your Name

  • Phone Number

  • Clear photos/videos of the product

  • A brief description of the issue

Product Condition

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Unwashed

  • Free from stains, damage or alterations

  • Returned with its original tags and packaging, where applicable

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Cases

Returns or exchanges are generally not accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Incorrect color selection by the customer

  • Products that have been worn, washed or altered

  • Damage caused by improper use or care

  • Products returned without the original condition, tags or packaging

  • Minor variations in color or appearance that may occur due to screen/device settings

Exchange

If an exchange is approved, the replacement product will be subject to stock availability. If the requested size or color is unavailable, our team will discuss the available options with you.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, the applicable refund amount and process will be communicated by our team after reviewing the returned product.

Important Note

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Any return or exchange request must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

LÉVAN reserves the right to reject a return or exchange request if the product does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
