  • Delivery Address

  • Product

  • Size

  • Color

After receiving your order, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order.

LÉVAN reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases such as incorrect information, product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity or other reasonable circumstances.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available across Bangladesh for eligible orders.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being available to receive the order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver products across Bangladesh.

Current delivery charges:

  • Dhaka City: ৳70

  • Outside Dhaka: ৳130

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on location, courier service, weather and other circumstances.

7. Return & Exchange

Our Return & Exchange Policy applies to all eligible returns and exchanges.

Customers must report eligible issues within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide the required photos/videos and order information.

Products must meet the applicable return/exchange conditions.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing correct contact and delivery information

  • Selecting the correct size and color

  • Checking product details before placing an order

  • Being available to receive the order

  • Providing accurate information when requesting a return or exchange
